1. Purchases and Subscriptions

1.1 Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing.

• Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current period.
• Billing: All billing and payments are handled by the Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information or process payments directly.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your Google Play Store account settings or by using the "Manage Subscription" link provided within the App. Canceling a Subscription will stop future charges, but it will not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

1.2 Lifetime Access

We may offer a "Lifetime Access" plan, which is a one-time payment option.

• Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service (the App), not the lifetime of the user. This grants you access to premium features for as long as the App is available on the Google Play Store and supported by us.
• No Recurring Fees: This is a single, non-recurring charge.
• Subscription Conflicts: If you purchase Lifetime Access while you have an active "Auto-renewing Subscription," you are responsible for manually canceling your existing Subscription in the Google Play Store to avoid double billing. The App does not automatically cancel external subscriptions upon the purchase of a Lifetime plan.

1.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your subscription will take effect following notice to you, usually via the Google Play Store notification system.

1.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policy.

2. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

• Data Usage: We only use data that is necessary for the core functionality of the Service (e.g., Bluetooth connection status, device input signals) and do not collect any data.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Usage and Safety Disclaimer (VR Specific)

3.1 Physical Safety

The Service is designed to be used in conjunction with Virtual Reality (VR) headsets. By using the Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of moving or operating controls while your vision is obscured by a headset.

• Be Aware of Surroundings: You agree to ensure your physical environment is safe and clear of obstacles before using the App.
• Liability: We are not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or accidents that occur while using the App as a controller.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of qiye and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Links to Third-Party Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall qiye, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
